Our yard has established a reputation for delivering quality vessels on time, within budget and in a safe manner. We are well equipped with modern and comprehensive facilities such as our CNC shop, expert shaft alignment, machine shop, custom fabrication, hauling and much more. We have the capability to provide customers with quality works, delivered to the highest standards in the safest manner.
Building
Global Shipyard has established a status of a shipbuilder that provides excellence craftsman and workmanship at reasonable price. We have diversified into construction of offshore vessels, rigs, process modules, Offshore Service Vessels and other vessels customized to meet individual client’s needs.
Global shipyard in coordination with PMTS has:
- Four OSV’s of 1920kw each
- One DP-2 Offshore Support and Supply vessel of 4160kw
- Three OSV of 1920kw (under construction)
- Two Inland Vessel Tugs with Bollard pull of 20t.
Global Shipyard in addition to ship building, also provides repair and modification facility ranging from dry-docking to almost all types of repair jobs. We can offer innovative and cost-effective solutions to our customers, upholding a strong track record in the repair and routine service of offshore vessels, rigs etc. Within the yard, there are sufficient number of berths available to carry out alongside repairs.
Facilities
We have diversified into ship repairs and have obtained a dry dock facility to carry out all the major repairs. There are a range of workshops to provide the necessary support services. We have ship lift facility with a lifting platform and synchronic lift. It has a capacity of 11 0Otonnes and can accommodate 65m X 18m vessels. This gives us the opportunity to operate the dock 24×7 without the effect of tide or current. The location of dock provides perfect solutions for all sorts of supplies to reach.
